In the middle of the large body of water known as Lake Alagonia lies a island, hidden and shrouded from sight, even from the eyes of the keen sighted birds of prey, by the thick, dense white fog/mist always surrounding the lake and the island. The Island's name you ask? Simple. Bellmoon Isle, my freind, is the name of this lovely islet. As said before it lies within Lake Alagonia's mysterious surroundings, deep in Alio pack territory. A many legends and folklore about or involving Bellmoon Isle have been told and spoken for generation upon generation among the wolves of Alio. It could be considered one of the many creepy, but beautiful things about Alio, oh wait, the apples! Oh yes the apples! While normally apples are on your average wolf's diet, these apples, known by many name including Alio Apples or the "Magical Thingamabob'', have special, will we say... healing properties? Now we don't want to give to much away, but I'll tell you the already hard to reach island, constantly ravaged by storms and rain, not to mention the dense fog and being fiercely protected by the Alio wolves, does contain the Alirrith trees, the tree which the apples grow on. And this is the only place where the Alirrith trees grow, and there rare themselves on the island. Only the trusted high ranking members of Alio know the full truth, as well as the guards who loyally protect them. Now sometimes in the case of an emergency, like a blizzard or another pack has nearly taken over the territory, the Alio wolves use this place to there advantage. A trusted member will guide most of the wolves to the island, where they take shelter. The wounded are also brought there in extreme cases where the doctors have little clue how to treat them, so they can be cured with the apples. In the past, the island has also served as a meeting place for the Alio pack and allies, a ceremonial location, a winter campsite, among other things. In there honor, previous deceased alphas and alphesses are buried here. The island is held in high regard by the Alio wolves. Dare you try to cross the lake to perhaps steal one of these precious apples?
